At HUEtheshop, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship!
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way!
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for orders within the US:
- Standard Shipping — $5.50 | Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
- Heavy Goods Shipping — $12.00 | Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days (for larger or heavier items)
International Shipping We ship to 25 countries worldwide! International orders are shipped at a flat rate:
- International Shipping — $13.00 | Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Restrictions Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination country regulations. If your order contains a restricted item, we'll reach out directly to find the best solution. Certain international destinations may have additional restrictions due to local import laws — we'll always do our best to let you know upfront.
